Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your profile, personal details, order history access, and saved preferences will be removed and cannot be recovered.

2. What Data Is Deleted

Upon processing your account deletion request, the following data is permanently purged from our primary database:

Personal Identifiers: name, profile picture, phone number, and account credentials.
Address Book: saved delivery addresses and billing details.
Account Preferences: wishlists, cart items, notification settings, and saved cards/tokens.
Authentication Tokens: active login sessions across all Web and Mobile app instances.

3. Data Retained & Exceptions

In compliance with applicable financial regulations and local laws, certain limited records cannot be deleted immediately and will be retained under safe storage:

Financial & Tax Records: completed transaction receipts, invoices, and payment logs required for tax auditing (retained up to statutory limits).
Fraud & Security Logs: logs related to resolved dispute investigations or security incidents to prevent fraud.

Retained transactional data is strictly disconnected from your personal profile and archived securely without active use.

4. Processing Timeframe

Account deletion requests submitted via this web page or through the mobile app are processed within 7 to 30 business days.

You will receive a final confirmation email once your account data has been completely erased from our platform.
